Senior Research Specialist:
A Senior Research Specialist at BAR is responsible for developing research proposals and designing and implementing a wide range of research methodologies and studies. In addition, the Senior Research Specialist has primary responsibility for methodological consulting and teaching, new business development, and for development and management of the Brooks Adams Research on-line research site and its subsidiary sites. The Senior Research Specialist also plays a leading role in internal training of the Research Specialists and Research Assistants.

Research Specialist:
The Research Specialist at BAR is responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of all projects at the company. The Research Specialist works in close association with clients and the Research Assistant for the successful completion of all projects and is responsible for supervision of fieldwork, development of research instruments and the preparation of project statuses and reports.

Research Assistant:
The Research Assistant (RA) at Brooks Adams Research has the primary responsibility of supervising and executing focus group recruiting, telephone calling and interviewing, database management and call center management. In addition, the RA also serves as a liaison between the research analysts and freelance field staff in some administrative matters.

Interviewing Team:
The research analysts and Research Assistant have a dedicated team of call center personnel who are responsible for the timely completion of all fieldwork.
